What is "Client-to-Server Encryption"?
Client-to-Server Encryption is an alternate method from the normal End-to-End Encryption that the Double uses. If you are having some connectivity issues with your Double, we suggest using this method. It routes the call in a way that may be more compatible with complex network environments.
To enable Client-to Server Encryption, please follow the instructions below:
(Note: Client-to Server Encryption is only available on a PC web browser.)
1. Visit drive.doublerobotics.com and log into your account.
2. After logging into your account, select the Settings menu icon on the upper right.
3. Under Security Level, select Client-to-Server Encryption.
4. Once selected, click Done. This will be saved on your computer's browser, so there will be no need for you to enable it every time you connect to your Double.
