Using External Video with Double Robotics App



If you wish to use a third party software to insert external video to the Double Robotics app, you will need to use some additional free software. 

On Mac OS X, there's a free program called CamTwist that creates a virtual webcam from a movie file or other image source:

Once you've setup CamTwist, you can select is as your webcam source in Chrome using these instructions:

There are similar programs for Windows and the Chrome instructions are the same.

We plan on adding the ability to show a static photo of the remote driver built-in to our system, but not play a pre-recorded message.
