I can't see video from the Double



If you are unable to see any video from your Double's iPad, please check to make sure that the Camera is enabled on your iPad. 


1. On your Double's iPad, go to Settings > Privacy > Camera.



2. After tapping Camera, make sure that it's enabled for the Double app.

If you aren't hearing any audio from your Double, please click here.
