Testing your Double's network



If you are experiencing any latency or choppy video, we recommend that you run the Network Port Tester in our app. Once the results have been calculated, send the results to Support where it will be reviewed. 


1. To submit the network results, tap the green icon on the upper left hand corner. (If this icon is red, this indicates the servers are offline. Please contact Support immediately.)



2. Once you have tapped it, the Network Port test window should open, and immediately start.



3. Please allow several seconds for the Port Tester to be completed. (You will know if it's completed if there is a check mark/status next to each result)

4. To proceed to the Detailed Results, please tap the bottom result. 



5. The next page will provide a detailed Network Test Results. This is the page that will be sent to Support.
