I can’t hear sound from the Double
If you are unable to hear any audio from your Double or from the Audio Kit, please check to make sure that Microphone is enabled on your iOS device.
1. On your Double's iPad, go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
2. After tapping Microphone, make sure that it is enabled for the Double app.
3. If the Double app keeps crashing while you try to connect, you may have disabled the camera on your iPad. Please click this link for troubleshooting tips.
