What is the return policy?
Standard Return Policy
Double Robotics, Inc. offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee when purchased directly from doublerobotics.com. If you are returning your Double within 30 days of receiving it, please make sure that you comply with the following:
- You are returning it to the original place of purchase. If you purchased your Double from a reseller, please contact them for their return information.
- Double must be in "like new" condition and that there are no cosmetic damages.
- Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please make sure you include all accessories (iPad mount, spacer, brick charger, etc.) that came with your Double.
- Damage, 'wear and tear' and missing parts will result in prorated refunds.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You have seven days from the date the RMA number is issued to send your Double for a full refund. Please send us a tracking number, when available.
Returning Your Double
To return your Double, please email email@example.com along with your Double's serial # (can be found on either iPad's Bluetooth settings or Settings > About in the Double app), Order Info (if available), and reason for return. Once Double Support has been contacted, you will be given an RMA number. Once the RMA number has been issued, you will have seven days to send in your Double for a refund.
Once we receive your Double, our service team will assess the robot. If your Double fits under our return criteria, you will receive a full refund. Please note that Double Robotics is not responsible for shipping returns back to Double HQ.
Your refund will be issued shortly thereafter and can take up to 30 business days to be fully credited back to your account.
Double as a Gift
If you have received a Double as a gift and wish to return it, please contact the original purchaser and we will notify them of the return process.
